There’s something regal about the cane the media doesn’t really capture.
And it’s obvious how commanding a cane can be. But they call it a staff or scepter.
It’s still a cane guys. They just don’t want to admit that power and disability can coexist.
And I am royal as fuck with my cane. My animals obey its orders like it can speak. A heavy stamp gets the attention of everyone in the room. If an abled is refusing to give me space, they are met with a swift and scolding tap. Shoo. Listen. Obey.
