GOD remember when we all had personal websites????? now we just alternate between the same five monolithic platforms while our brains rot…… like when’s the last time you even LOOKED at some HTML?????

I’M TALKING ABOUT THE WAY CORPORATIONS HAVE IMPACTED OUR WEB COMMUNITIES AND TAKEN THEM FROM INDEPENDENT, INDIVIDUAL INTERACTIONS TO ALL BEING FILTERED THROUGH THE USE OF MASSIVE PLATFORMS WHICH LIMIT OUR SELF EXPRESSION AND CENTER THEM AROUND REAL WORLD SOCIAL CAPITAL
