last image is definitely referencing a Bible verse, Matthew 9:[something].
keep an eye out for any more translatable files; it could be that we need to piece together the images into one larger image. either that, or there could be at least one more image to go with the latest one, giving us the reference for the Bible verse we need to be working with.
Matthew 9:1 is a fairly mundane description of Jesus stepping into a boat and crossing a river. The chapter gets more relevant with 10-13 (NIV):

So they’re doing a number’s station thing.
This video is actually 10 years old, and is a hoax number station mimicking the classical number’s station, read by an actress with a deliberately distorted face. It’s pretty creepy on a surface level but overplays its hand with the glitchy weirdness (actual numbers stations date to the Cold War, and are analogue recordings transmitted over the radio, likely for spy codes.)
So either this is an insane long game or the ARG maker is incorporating some other works.

Someone managed to find a pdf linked to the site but the link just goes to the thai deparment of mental health now
In addition clicking the picture on the home page causes the text and the picture to get progressively more distorted until you end up with this, also the translation seems to change with the increases corruption but I can’t get it to translate beyond the first 2 levels
(text reads “please wake up”)
There’s also the mention of the numbers at the bottom of the Gomex screen being gps coordinates, but after that it seems to be a dead end. Gomex and Enricks’ disease are fictional entities that nobody in this ARG has been able to find a page for since it began circa 2011, and the use of the Zargo font to be deliberately spooky feels like this is the end of the mystery. There likely isn’t something deeper than deliberate spookiness (and broken, Google translated Thai) beyond this branch of the ARG.
