I’ve definitely done this.
Also ‘his teeth curled away from his lips in a snarl’. Thank god I’ve caught myself on that one before posting it…
I have not, and let me tell you the amount of times I have written, and posted “his eyes perked up” and “her ears widened in surprise”. Is many.
