I’m bisexual.’ The words were there on the page and … if I had seen something like that when I was a kid, I wouldn’t have felt as strange or alone or weird or, in some cases, for me … perverted,” she says, tears welling up in her eyes. “I felt like there was something wrong with me, and I felt like I wanted to scratch off my own skin when I felt those urges and feelings.
