And have you SEEN what they can do with visual effects these days? There’s no reason for book adaptations to be lackluster anymore.
I don’t think visual effects are the issue here?
Yeah, sometimes they go way overboard with the CGI and it takes a lot away from the charm and beauty, which is the complete opposite effect of what they’re trying to get.
