contouring looks super weird in fleshspace; it’s very much a photography thing. When I used to model makeup I’d be super freaked out looking in a mirror until I saw the photos.
100% agreed. It’s useful when you’re doing photography and modeling where the lighting washes you out, or on stage, or various things like that. But when I see people with strong contour out and about, I just think they have dirt on the sides of their nose.
(also that’s super cool you used to model makeup!)
