You know what? Looking through RPG accessories I begin to understand.
Look at this shit. It’s $100. But. It looks so cool. If I had money I’d buy that shit. Aesthetic.
Look at this GM screen! It’s almost $150 with $50 shipping! But it’s so pretty!
I could make mu own Dungeons and Dragons game room.
I could go out and order custom made cosplay of characters.
I mean. A golden golf tee is still a bit much, but damn.

The difference here is taste, and functionality.Nobody gonna use a golden golf tee, and it’s tacky as crap. But those dice just EXERT class and aesthetic (and foot pain) and that DM screen looks like family heirloom material.
You know what you’re right. If I get rich, I’m adding “treat yourself to all that awesome D&D shit” to what to do before setting aside my living and fun expenses and giving the rest of the cash away. Mentally added.
