I know of a handful, some Very Adult, and some YA, I’ll label them as we go along.
The Way of Thorn and Thunder This is a trilogy by Cherokee author Daniel Heath Justice. This is most certainly for adults, but not in a porny way, sort of like…a fantasy decolonization story with bisexual, trans, and poly characters.
Kushiel’s Dart - Jacqueline Carey
There are 3 trilogies set in this universe, and the books are Not Small, so this one isn’t for the faint of heart. This one is Porn. Like. Porn on porn. Lesbian S&M porn. The main character is a sex worker/assassin, which makes more sense in the narrative.
Santa Olivia - Jacqueline Carey
Werewolves and superheroes and government conspiracies, oh my! This is a YA novel by the same author as Kushiel’s Dart, this time focusing on a gay Latina girl who has super strength and the inability to feel fear.
Huntress - Malinda Lo
YA novel set in a fantasy world based around Chinese mythology where two teenage girls go on a quest to save the world and fall in love along the way. All you need to know! Except that there’s another novel in this universe called Ash, which is set in the same world, but less high fantasy and about 100 years apart, so you’re not following the same characters, but those characters are also queer!
Labyrinth Lost - Zoraida Córdova
Another YA pick, this time set in a Latin-America-influenced fictional world. It’s the first in what will be a trilogy, with a bisexual protagonist trying to get rid of her witchly powers and accidentally ruining everything instead.
Amberlough - Lara Elena Donnelly
A gay double-agent, his smuggler lover, and his burlesque-performing beard walk into a fascist revolution… This is sort of historicalish fantasy, set in a fictional world with an art deco vibe, and part of an adult series, the second of which comes out in May 2018.
There’s also this list, which is good roundup of modern YA and adult queer scifi/fantasy
