There was so much going on birb-wise while I was sitting by the river today…. a little blue heron doing the Hunting Wiggle (he caught a tiny crab, I was so proud) and drinking some water…. a very talkative lady duck and her male companion who never made a peep and just stared at her while she ate and cussed out an ibis who was just minding its own business and was rightly startled (and ran 10 feet away from her before looking for food again LOL)…. there was also a lady duck who just sat on the bank the whole time doing and saying nothing. I feel u girl
